Enquiries from non-clients (message, name and email address) received by email may be held for up to a year, and used to answer queries and follow-up. Health and registration forms from students/clients (name, contact details and health information) completed via our website or in class/lessons are used for lesson management, and held for at least seven years for insurance purposes. Attendance registers and data collected in class/lessons are used for class management, and held for at least seven years for insurance purposes. Notes on classes/lessons and sessions including data collected during these are used for class management, and held for at least seven years for insurance purposes. Emails, received from clients and non clients; important messages are saved in our filing system, otherwise emails retained for up to two years. Payment data, excluding card information which we do not receive at any time, received via accounting and banking systems, is saved for seven years for accounting and tax obligations. We do not knowingly access website cookies set automatically by our software or pass to third parties. Except where required by law, we do not share data with third parties and we will never sell your data.
Information held by Muse and the Mustang is only accessed by staff working for Muse and the Mustang, and contractors working on our IT, and may be shared, on a need to know basis, with other coaches at Muse and the Mustang, e.g. if you are attending their class/lesson, or they are covering a class/lesson.
